Rhode Island · beta preview

Find hidden land opportunities.

LandParse screens properties for leftover space to subdivide, room for an ADU, and potential opportunities for additional housing.

No credit card. Request beta access, then wait for a site administrator to approve your account. The map does not open until that approval is granted. Four public screening examples are illustrative only and do not unlock the map.

Parcel boundaries, building footprints, and calculated distances are approximate GIS measurements. They are not a survey. Results are a sourced screening guide, not confirmed development approval. Obtain a zoning certificate before relying on a parcel’s development rights.

What approved accounts can use

Merger Analysis

Preliminary screening of substandard lots against nearby lot sizes. A potential exception still requires survey and ownership-history verification. Separate tax IDs do not prove separate development rights.

Building / Property Dimensions

Tap a parcel for lot and building sizes, plus approximate distances from buildings to property sides. Swipe through properties that meet your criteria.

Opportunity Flags

Filter for subdivision, survey hack, merger analysis, duplex candidate, PDR multifamily candidate, buildable lot, and landlocked screens. Each flag shows the checks that produced it.

Built for Rhode Island.
